Practice makes Perfect!

Jeret was invited by his violin instructor to perform with her tour group at the "Bach to Blues" Concert that was held at our local college. He practiced very hard everyday and went to 3 rehearsals that were about 2hrs each in the past 2 weeks. They performed 4 songs, 2 of which Jeret learned, Minuet 2 and Musette. They are playing Minuet 2 in the above clip. I had to be on the stage so I couldn't get a good angle of Jeret, but anyone that knows him can pick out his white hair. They sounded so great, hope you enjoy, I sure did.

PS sorry the video is so wiggly.

I am always so impressed with how quickly your boys took to the violin. You have some real talent in your family. I wish my kids had stuck to it. Hopefully we'll get somewhere with Tyler and the piano. Tell JT it sounded great! =)

Fun to see your family, I can't believe how big your kids are. Looks like you are all doing well.

That is pretty amazing. I wish we were closer so we could come to some of JT's concerts!

Wow! Impressive!!! That sounded beautiful. Do you play the guitar also? Did they learn Suzuki method? My 6 yr old niece plays really well too, and I think that's how she learned. Anyway. We DO have boys similar ages. My Corey turned 7 on March 1st this year. Too bad we don't live closer.
